I'm Leonard Lang and for the past 10 years I have been helping to protect small businesses in California who have been bullied by state regulations. Sometimes, I am able to protect them and their businesses, but sometimes the deck is stacked too far in the states favor. The problem is an abuse of power by the regulators, ignoring the problems by the legislature and the governor. And the public not knowing their rights and not knowing what and how to fix it.
